We are seeking an enthusiastic , driven senior nurse with excellent clinical and leadership skills to Join Rowley Regis hospital as one of the Senior Sister / Charge Roles.

We are looking for a Senior nurse who will be professional role model who is focused on professional standards, staff development, and encouraging and empowering our nursing teams to achieve their maximum potential.

Main duties of the job

The successful candidate will have proven interpersonal skills, with management and leadership experience at junior Sister / Charge Nurse level. You will be able to demonstrate an ability to lead teams in the delivery of high quality, effective and safe patient care.

The successful candidate will have responsibility for the management , quality, patient safety, and patient experience at Rowley Regis hospital which forms part of a multidisciplinary team.

    Qualifications

    Essential

    • NMC registered
    • Post graduate qualification relevant to clinical speciality
    • Degree level qualification in health related subject
    • Leadership or management qualification - willing to complete management qualification within 12 months of appointment where not currently held
    • Teaching and Assessing qualifications
    • RN (Branch)


    Desirable

    • Counselling Skills Certificate qualification
    • Masters degree or working towards


    Experience

    Essential

    • Leadership experience post registration
    • Relevant experience in speciality
    • Evidence of previous resource management experience
    • Experience in research and audit.

    • Community Expierence
