We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced clinician who has a passion for digital transformation of services to join our digital clinical safety transformation team.

To succeed in this role, you will have excellent communication and leadership skills in order to influence digital clinical practice and promote clinical safety in the design, implementation and use of healthcare technology.

The role will involve the application of clinical knowledge and skills, along with a variety of clinical engagement techniques, to work with staff across the Trust. This role will also bring opportunities to work with our health partners in Northamptonshire to support effective and responsive care pathways within the county.

Main duties of the job

You will provide day to day management and professional leadership for the Digital clinical safety transformation team, to include staff and service development and hold responsibility for operational delivery of service outcomes.

You will be someone with demonstrable communication and problem-solving skills, a can-do attitude and a commitment to working collaboratively with all stakeholders, developing strong relationships to support the planning and delivery of programmes of work that improve safety, quality and efficiency in care delivery.

The post is full-time (37.5 hours) and permanent. We would consider applications for flexible working including job share and secondment.
