This work will be under the supervision of a qualified clinical psychologist who will retain clinical responsibility for clinical work carried out, provided that the clinical work is within the care plan specified.

About us
Our mission is to make a positive difference to people's lives by improving the quality of life for all we serve. Our values are: We Care, We Respect, We are Inclusive - so we are looking for people who live and breathe these qualities when supporting service users and carers, and in their relationships with colleagues in the Trust and our partner organisations.
Job description
Job responsibilities
Across North-East London we have been developing new ways of bringing together health and social care professionals with our Voluntary sector and local communities to support people with severe mental health problems, including complex emotional needs associated with a diagnosis of personality disorder and disordered eating.
Our transformation work aims for teams of clinical and non-clinical staff to work together to make a greater positive impact on the health and lives of groups and communities of people living with mental ill-health. Through providing more integrated care across mental and physical health services in inner London, we have been able to test new ways of working within our blended teams, to deliver improvements aligned to the implementation of the Community Mental Health Framework for Adults and Older Adults.
A key feature of our approach has been the development of a care offer delivered by staff from multiple partner organisations within the footprint of a Primary Care Network to deliver what really matters to people who need mental health support in that neighbourhood. This emerging model of care is flexible to peoples changing needs, with people stepping up and stepping down levels of support and intervention according to the complexity of their needs. The post holder will provide psychological interventions to the Primary Care Networks Mental Health Services. In particular, those with complex mental health problems, focusing on strength and assets to help people with what matters most to them.
