Within GMMH CAMHS we have a fantastic opportunity for a non clinical team manager to support our clinical team and patient pathway within our single point of access service.

Do you have experience in patient flow, management of data, experience of project management and management of a dynamic workforce.

Main duties of the job

As a lead within the operational management team you will be responsible for working with the local leadership to ensure the patient pathway and flow is maintained, management of demand and capacity, interpretation of data to influence and manage service demands to ensure the team can flex and respond to the changing service request.

Supervise and manage staff within line management duties as per the trust policy. Deputise for senior managers in their absence. Audit prepare and present service information to aid patient experience and add value to everything we do.
