Main duties of the job

Could you use your skills and experience to support the NHS to deliver great patient care? Great patient care needs great people to support clinical teams. That's where you come in.

We're always looking for enthusiastic, responsive, and adaptable people to join our outstanding trust. This role is an important one as you'll be using your knowledge, experience and expertise to provide.support to our hard-working frontline NHS teams.

Person Specification

Qualifications

Essential

  • First level degree or equivalent
  • Basic Life Support Instructor (RCUK approved qualification)
  • Diploma in Education and Training or equivalency
  • Registered Health Care Professional (NMC or HCPC)


Experience

Essential

  • Expensive experience in a Health or Social Care setting
  • Experienced knowledge of managing complex care and ethically sensitive situations
  • Experience of monitoring standards of practice
  • Experience of the work-based learning environment, education audit and the development of strategies to enhance the learning environment
  • Experience of planning, designing, delivering and evaluating resuscitation assessment/training programmes


Desirable

  • Community services experience


Knowledge

Essential

  • Basic life support standards of practice. Intermediate lide support standards of practice.
