Clinical Research Nurse
Are you an enthusiastic, self-motivated nurse, with excellent interpersonal and organisation skills, and a keen interest in research?
We are looking for an experienced nurse to join our team of research nurses and clinical research practitioners at Hereford County Hospital, where we support the delivery of high-quality NIHR portfolio and commercial research.
Main duties of the job
To promote clinical trials at Hereford, acting as a resource for the department regarding the current clinical trial portfolio and future clinical trials. To support patients involved in trials including assessment, planning, implementing and evaluating research nursing care.
Ensuring clinical trials have approvals to proceed, collecting data, interviewing and monitoring patients and data entry. Supervise and teach patients, carers, and junior members of staff.
