Ready for your first Junior Sister Role, looking for band 6 experience or perhaps are you working currently as a band 6 and looking for a fresh challenge? If so we are looking to recruit an enthusiastic, forward thinking, committed and motivated Junior Sister with excellent communication and leadership skills to join our nursing team on a 6 month secondment.
The successful candidate will support the Ward Manager and Multidisciplinary team to provide patient centred evidence-based care maintain high standards of care and safe management of patients within our busy ward.
This role will offer the opportunity to be clinically in charge of a shift leading a team and supporting them in delivering high quality care. You will also be able to use your clinical expertise working to deliver high quality care and assist with our facilitation of discharges.
