A7 offers a wide range of experiences in an acute ward setting.As well as a dynamic, friendly working environment we offer a full induction programme and an individual personal development plan to guide your development within the role. We have an educational pathway to support ongoing educational development to enable all staff to maximise their potential in providing safe and effective care while supporting staff in academic learning.A7 has specialist nursing staff working in a wide range of advanced roles who are keen to share their knowledge and skills with those who want to follow in their footsteps.

Main duties of the job

This is supported by very proactive educational teams throughout medical clinical board.A7 offer electronic self-rostering to help support your work life balance requirements.

To be responsible for the assessment of care needs and the development, implementation and evaluation of programmes of care without direction and supervision. Demonstrate and supervise practice and procedures to registered and unregistered nursing staff to secure effective nursing practice.

The ability to speak Welsh is desirable for this role Welsh and/or English speakers are equally welcome to apply.
