South Staffordshire Falls Service
Physiotherapist – Permanent
Band 6 - 37.5hrs
We have a rare and exciting opportunity for a motivated and enthusiastic Physiotherapist to join our South Staffordshire Falls Service based at Salters Meadow Health Centre in Burntwood.
As an autonomous Physiotherapist, you will work as part of the multidisciplinary community service for adults with a wide range of medical conditions. The team work in domiciliary settings across South Staffordshire area.
The team is dedicated to deliver excellent customer service and is driven by outcomes and efficient ways of working.
You will have:

You will have:
- A degree in Physiotherapy and be registered with the HCPC
- An up to date portfolio and be committed to CPD
- Relevant post graduate training within the speciality of rehabilitation e.g. balance and musculoskeletal courses.
- IT skills
- Understanding of community based working and systems.
