The role Devon Partnership NHS Trust are a large and progressive provider of Mental Health and Learning Disability Services across Devon and the wider South West region.
An opportunity has arisen for the post of Clinical Director of the General Adult Psychiatry Directorate. This directorate delivers care across 8 inpatient wards on 3 sites, 6 Home Treatment Teams, 17 CMHTs, a First Response Service, Approved Place of Safety suite, Rehabilitation Services and an award winning Employment Support Service. The Directorate is at the forefront of our service transformation in both the New Community Framework developments and acute care. We moving to a model of place based, integrated care delivered with system partners at Primary Care Network level.
The Clinical Director would work alongside a Directorate Manager and our Locality Clinical Directors. Devon Partnership NHS Trust has an excellent track record of leadership development programmes and we are keen to develop the post holder to the maximum of their abilities and to work with them to develop their clinical leadership ambitions.
