We are looking for an innovative and forward thinking SLT to work as a member of the senior SLT Team across Cwm Taf Morgannwg providing high quality timely services to babies and children with eating, drinking and swallowing difficulties. This post will involve providing high quality clinical services, strategic management of the paediatric dysphagia service, and line management of staff within the service.

Main duties of the job

You will work as part of a team of paediatric leads headed by the Childrens Head of Service.

You will provide leadership to SLT's providing services to clients ensuring this is a high quality service provided within a clear governance framework.

You will provide highly specialist clinical services using Malcommess care aims principles.

The ability to speak Welsh is desirable for this role Welsh and/or English speakers are equally welcome to apply.
