We are looking for an experienced and enthusiastic School Nurse to join our friendly and supportive team within the Integrated Women, Children and Families Care Group on the beautiful Isle of Man.
Main duties of the job
In this role, you will work in partnership with multi-professional agencies and assess the health and well-being needs of children and families, either in the school, clinic or home environment by developing and delivering a plan of care to address identified needs. If you have a visionary approach to solving challenges, are passionate about improving outcomes for school aged children and are committed to providing children on the Isle of Man the best start in life and beyond, then this could be the perfect role for you.
