An exciting opportunity has arisen within the Outpatient Directorate, leading on the day to day running of the department, with accountability for operational performance targets and a responsibility to lead on service improvement, focused projects as directed by University Hospitals of North Midlands Outpatient program .

Main duties of the job

Experience in operational service management, process-mapping and project management, leading service improvement and achieving tight deadlines. you will possess excellent interpersonal skills, be self motivated with the ability to motivate others with excellent communication and negotiation skills displaying professionalism and resilience both personally and in a team environment is essential.

  • Experience of management of change issues
