Main duties of the job

About you:

An enthusiastic registered nurse with current NMC Registration and versed in a range of intravenous therapies, you will join our small and effective High-Tech team based in the King Edward VII Hospital in Windsor and serving the patients across East Berkshire.

We offer compassionate care, in both community and home settings, to those patients who need ongoing treatment after leaving the hospital. We aim to prevent inappropriate hospital admissions and re-admissions and we facilitate the timely discharge of patients.

A born organiser, you will have your own caseload of patients with high-tech care needs - both in community settings and in clinics.

A dynamic nurse, you are IT literate and competent using RiO and DATIX to input data and produce reports, whilst you are a great believer of continuous professional development and will show us evidence of Professional Updating.

Your energy and drive will be rewarded with the support of a dedicated team that strives to create a progressive, warm, friendly and considerate environment. This job only apply to candidates with a driving licence as this job involves driving across Berkshire East.
