Main duties of the job

You should be an experienced midwife, able to provide antenatal, intrapartum and postnatal care. You will be expected to care for a caseload of women and have good experience and knowledge of safeguarding.

A car and driving license are essential for these roles.

Working pattern 9am-5pm over 7 days with early & late on calls for community-no night shifts.

Essential

• Registered midwife (NMC)
• Band 6 midwife
• Able to work independently
• Able to work within Trust guidelines, and in conjunction with local and national policies and procedures
• Able to manage a caseload
• Able to work on call shifts
• Full clean driving license
• Able to provide antenatal and postnatal care

Desirable

• Good knowledge of Trust systems
• Able to provide intrapartum care
