Join us at Sherwood Forest Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust's, Medicine Division, Operational Team, where an exciting opportunity awaits an enthusiastic and motivated Service Manager to support operational delivery. The focus of the role will be to support delivery of accreditation standards in our Endoscopy and Cardio-respiratory diagnoatic services.

Primarily the role is based at Kings Mill Hospital, but cross cover may be required at Newark Hospital.

Training & Qualifications


  • First degree or equivalent
  • Evidence of other specialist management training to diploma level



  • Experience within the Healthcare sector at a management level including project management, business planning, change management, multidisciplinary working, financial management, human resource management, performance management equivalent to Masters level
  • Evidence of having achieved challenging healthcare/business targets
  • Experience of supporting programmes of change in a complex organisation

Analytical and judgement skills
