Central London Community Healthcare have a new opportunity for Community Staff Nurses to join the inner northwest division and work in Westminster. We have a vacancy in Bessborough Family Hub. The Borough has undergone transformation leading to the implementation of universal and targeted teams that are aligned to family hubs and the wider early help programme.
The inner boroughs are a great place to work as you will experience the full spectrum of need from the least to the most affluent giving you a wide range of public health experience.
The division is serviced by 20 TFL stations and 5 cross county/country stations that will help you commute and support work-related travel.

Main duties of the job
To provide skilled, effective and evidence-based public health nursing to children/families and to operate safely and in line with best practice guidance.
In collaboration with the Health Visitor deliver the healthy child programme and work in partnership with families to develop and agree tailored health plans as required in line with local service specifications and health visiting service model
Be responsible for the day-to-day management of their own workload as delegated by the HV
To identify, prioritise and implement programmes of care that meet the needs of the child/family.
To encourage participation of parents, carers and relatives in assessments and in care provision during the programme of care.
To work in partnership with Early Help in the Family Hubs.

- RGN/RN
- Current NMC Registration
- Evidence of continuing professional development.

- RSCN, Children's Community Nurse with current registration
- Practice assessor or practice based learning training or working towards
