We are looking for a highly motivated, registered pharmacy technician with excellent communication, organisational and interpersonal skills to join our friendly and busy dispensary team.
Main duties of the job
You should have previous management experience and strong leadership skills with the ability to innovate and develop our dispensary based services.
You will be responsible for overseeing all operational aspects of the main dispensary and the effective deployment of a team of pharmacy technicians and pharmacy assistants to ensure service standards and KPIs are met.
You must be a patient focused team player who is committed to promoting pharmaceutical best practice and the development and training of pharmacy staff. You should have the ability to work on your own initiative and deal with the challenges this role can provide.
The ability to speak Welsh is desirable for this post Welsh and/or English speakers are equally welcome to apply.

- NVQ level 3 in Pharmacy Services or equivalent
