The Estates Department is looking to add a motivated individual with electrical maintenance experience to our team. The successful candidate will be someone who can meet the wide range of technical skills required to fulfil the role of Estates Maintenance Worker specialist (electrical). Ideally the successful candidate will have some experience in Decontamination. The post will be based at The Rotherham NHS Foundation Trust but may be asked to attend other Trust sites.
Main duties of the job
To work alongside and be part of the Estates shift team To maintain the Trusts building fabric, engineering plant and building services and equipment in an efficient, economical and safe manner in accordance with Health and Safety and other relevant regulations, guidance, codes of practice and Trust and departmental policies and procedures. To undertake electrical repairs and maintenance on electrical services and equipment at the Trust. Inspect, diagnose and repair faults on electrical engineering installations, plant and equipment To work alongside other craftsman, Estates officers, HV & LV authorised persons
