This will be based upon sound evidence based practice in line with the legal requirements, statutory rules and Health Board policies relating to practice and NMC Code of Conduct (2015).

The post holder will provide a high level of clinically effective, safe nursing intervention through assessment, planning of care, implementation and evaluation. The post holder will contribute to the care of patients requiring administration of systemic anti cancer and supportive treatments and communicate effectively at all times in conjunction with other team members contributing to developing and maintaining the department philosophy.

Main duties of the job
