We have an exciting opportunity to join our MSK team as a rotational B6 physiotherapist. We offer rotations in upper limb, gym, hands, spinal, hydro and VFC as well as a mixed caseload rotation at a satellite clinic at Fleet Hospital and observation of our chronic pain team.

We offer lots of opportunities for training and development within our highly experienced and approachable team of physios, APP's and FCP's. We are passionate about growing our staff into highly skilled and evidenced based practitioners with a wide knowledge base to deliver the best care to our patients.

We are at an exciting point in our departments future development with a new large purpose built department space currently being developed in Farnham Hospital which will allow us to reshape our service to provide our patients with care closer to home. You will need to be able to work out of Frimley, Fleet and Farnham clinics for different rotations.

In the Therapies Directorate we have a strong EDI culture and welcome applicants who will continue to contribute to the power of diversity we want in our teams to help us deliver our best services to our population.

Main duties of the job

You should have MSK experience either at Band 5 or Band 6 level and be confident assessing and treating a range of MSK conditions. We would be willing to consider a band 5-6 development role for the right candidate.

You should be proactive, approachable and keen to develop your clinical knowledge and supervisory skills.

You will manage your own caseload and line manage junior physios. You will be involved in the supervision and teaching of students. You will take part in team and departmental IST's and there will be opportunities to assist with departmental audits and service development.
