The award-winning Organisational Development team are experts in their field, responsible for implementing strategies and initiatives that foster positive change and continuous improvement within the organisation. We work closely with our leadership community, employees and various departments to enhance organisational effectiveness and maximise performance through our people. These are within several focus areas including leadership development, organisational diagnostics and interventions, internal colleague engagement and staff health wellbeing and experience

This exciting role will be crucial in supporting the vitally important staff health wellbeing and experience agenda by providing expertise, intervention, support and development to further enhance the provision of staff health, wellbeing and experience plans.

Main duties of the job

You will work proactively with the Associate Director for Culture and Staff Experience, Clinical Psychologist/Lead for staff health and wellbeing, wider OD colleagues, people professionals and other senior stakeholders across the breath of Care Group and Corporate Services to deliver appropriate, evidence based interventions to improve staff wellbeing and experience, ensuring we are delivering against the objectives set out in our People Strategy.

This is a highly exciting opportunity that will allow opportunity for us to grow our approach to staff wellbeing at MPFT. You will need to have the following key skills and experience

Masters level qualification, study or equivalent experience in a relevant subject area e.g. psychology, organisational development

Significant experience across the staff health, wellbeing and experience agenda

The ability to engage and influence with a broad range of health and social care professionals

Have the ability to be flexible in approach and hours

Job responsibilities

Providing intervention, support and development to enhance the provision of health and well-being and staff experience interventions

Providing professional expertise to advise and support on health and wellbeing and employee experience

Providing project leadership (in terms of collaborating with others) on Health and Wellbeing initiatives including directorate or service improvement approaches (Through the lens of Staff Experience and Health and Wellbeing)

Contribute professional expertise and deliver a range of leadership and organisational development interventions that relate to Health and Wellbeing relevant to the overall work delivered by the OD team
