We are recruiting for a Clinical Audit & Effectiveness Facilitator who shares our vision to be trusted to provide consistently outstanding care and exemplary service to our patients.
We are seeking either a graduate or person of graduate calibre to be a Clinical Audit & Effectiveness Facilitator.
The Clinical Audit & Effectiveness (CAE) Team is a small, dynamic team, that supports 33 specialties across all 4 sites of the Trust. We are hardworking, detailed oriented and a friendly team that supports Clinicians, Managers, Nurses, Therapists, and trainees in all aspects relating to Clinical Audit, Effectiveness and Quality Improvement.
Clinical Audit & Effectiveness Facilitators support the Clinical Audit & Effectiveness Manager (CAEM) and the Deputy Clinical Audit & Effectiveness Manager (DCAEM), to deliver the Trust's robust Clinical Audit & Effectiveness (CAE) Programme.

Main duties of the job
The Clinical Audit & Effectiveness Facilitator will act as the main contact point between the CAE Team and the designated clinical specialties. Working with clinical specialties to support/assist with clinical audit, quality improvement and NICE guidance gap analysis action plans.
The successful candidate will timely collect, update, extract data/information from MS Office programmes (Word, PowerPoint, Excel) to produce reports for dissemination, driving service improvement through the monitoring and provision of progress updates to the Divisions and the Trust.
