This post is fixed term for 15 months to meet the needs of the service.
This role is responsible for coordinating administrative tasks within Security & Portering Services. Tasks such as answering telephone queries, producing ID cards and allocating access rights, booking meetings, meeting and greeting, reporting faults to our contractors and documenting all information on our internal systems. Supporting all the team to ensure all aspects of the relevant administrative processes and procedures are followed to comply with Departmental, Directorate and UHW policies. The role means that awareness of confidentiality is used at all times.
To attend regular review meetings with the supervisor and assessor, leading to an Apprenticeship Qualification in Digital Application Support Level 2.
