The candidate will work within the CIED team supporting implants and follow up, face-to-face and remote, of PPM, leadless PPM, S-ICD, WiSE (EBR) CRT and CRT-P/D, with opportunity for further training in areas such as CIED extraction, surgical epicardial implants and Physiologist led ILR implants/explants.
We frequently manage patients with congenital heart disease and inherited cardiac conditions and work closely with our colleagues at the Evelina children's hospital, which offers another dimension to cardiac rhythm management.
We are part of an expert Cardiovascular Department working with world renowned Consultants involved in cutting edge techniques and research programmes as part of 'Kings Health Partners', one of only 5 academic health science centres within the UK, in which physiologists are fully integrated.
