The Respiratory department have an exciting opportunity to become part of our team as an experienced band 5 respiratory nurse.
We are looking for a friendly, enthusiastic and dynamic individual who can work well autonomously as well as an important member of our team. The successful candidate will be compassionate, caring and committed to delivering a high quality service to our patients.
This position has been developed to improve outcomes for COPD and Asthma patients. The post holder will visit inpatients and ensure their COPD/Asthma treatment is optimised prior to following them up post discharge.
