To provide leadership, supervision and local management support to the administrative team working in the Dietetic department at Birmingham Children's Hospital. To manage and validate waiting lists for outpatient clinics, to produce business reports , review budgets, validate and cross check invoices. To act a PA to Head of Nutrition and Dietetics, including diary management, organising meetings, creation and dissemination of minutes and actions from meetings, updating ESR, completing payroll documents
Are you ready for an exciting opportunity to lead and make a lasting impact as Office Manager / PA within the Dietetic team at Birmingham Children's Hospital? This permanent position offers an opportunity to lead a team of administrative staff, and offer PA support to the Head of Nutrition and Dietetics.
Our Dietetic team offer highly specialist clinical Dietetic and nutrition advice to patients under BWC , providing support to infants, children and young people who are in hospital, and continuing that support in the outpatient setting through dietetic outpatient clinics. You will be supporting a team of clinical Dietitians, special feed makers, and dietetic assistants by providing and managing our administrative function, ensuring effective and safe administrative practices are followed. As Office Manager you will be an essential and integral member of our team in helping to support high quality care delivery.

Your experience should reflect your ability to thrive in fast-paced and demanding environments while maintaining a flexible and solution-focused mindset.
