Are you what we are looking for? Do you consider yourself to be the nextgeneration of leaders in the NHS, If so an exciting opportunity has arisen for a Band 6 Nurse in the Outer North West Division for a community nurse to work closely within the planned care of Nursing and Therapy.
This is a great opportunity to develop your understanding of quality drivers and to work closely with clinical teams to support the delivery of high-quality care and positive patient and staff experience.
We are looking for a dynamic and motivated individual with nursing experience who can provide local clinical leadership for the multi-disciplinary team working across the Division.
The successful candidate will have the opportunity to further develop quality expertise and lead key projects and pieces of work by developing strong relationships and network across the Division. You will work collaboratively with the wider multi-disciplinary team, other health and social care practitioners and the nursing staff, to provide the best care and quality outcomes for patients and service users, in-keeping with national guidelines.
Main duties of the job
The clinician must demonstrate strong clinical skills and experience working in and understanding Community services. They need to be able to evidence a broad understanding of the quality agenda and have experience of leading teams and services through change and development.
The clinician must also demonstrate experience in collaborative working with MDT teams includingsocial services, GPs, district nursing and voluntary services.
We require an experienced and skilled communicator to ensure effective delivery of information to staff, patients, carers, MDT and others.
We require a motivated clinician who is seeking to develop their clinical expertise in delivering the quality agenda and developing expertise in community care pathways, with a focus on delivering treatment closer to home. The successful candidate we are looking for will facilitate evidence-based interventions and will demonstrate this by influencing quality outcomes and high user experience across Divisional services.
Applicant must Hold a full, valid, UK driving licence and have access to a car to use for business purposes (unless you have a disability as defined by the Equality Act 2010)
