As a Microsoft 365 Product Owner, you will join our IT Service Delivery team who support 24,000 colleagues delivering Modern Workplace solutions to the Trust. The role includes identifying opportunities, solution design, and implementation of Microsoft 365 Modern Workplace applications, including Office, Teams, OneDrive, PowerAutomate, and associated technologies.
As one of the largest NHS Trusts, our responsibilities include the architecture and adoption of Modern Intranets and SharePoint EDRM for our users. You will drive the strategic vision, roadmap, and delivery of Microsoft 365 solutions within UHB. Your focus will be on enhancing end-user experiences, productivity, and collaboration by using existing technologies and assessing new functionalities as they become available.
UHB uses Microsoft 365 to help our staff to find, analyse, and share valuable data across the Trust to deliver better care for the 1.8 million patients that rely on us.
Synergy between these technologies and departments is where your expertise comes in. You will be responsible for ensuring solutions are successfully adopted, intuitive, and align to both the strategy and processes.
Your expertise in Microsoft 365 will capture strategic ambitions and support colleagues to deliver healthcare services fit for today and for the next generation.

Main duties of the job
As a Microsoft 365 Product Owner, you will be responsible for driving the strategic vision, roadmap, and successful delivery of Microsoft 365 solutions. Your focus will be on enhancing end-user experiences, productivity, and collaboration within the organisation.
The post holder will represent IT Services and the Trust as the lead subject matter expert in the provision and execution of all matters relating to Microsoft 365, development, and delivery. They will ensure the department provides solutions to meet the business needs of the Trust, driving patient safety, quality, innovation and research, value for money, performance, security, and efficiency. Enabling and maintaining the technical vision and leadership required to align with the Trust's business plans, visions, purpose, and values.
