We are seeking an enthusiastic and knowledgeable person to fill the newly created post of Divisional Support Manager for HMR Adults Community Services.
Working closely with the management team the successful applicant will be involved in the day-to-day operational activity of HMR Adults Community Services across integrated pathways.
In addition the post holder will be responsible for managing the Community Administration Team across all HMR Community Services, including deployment and development and ensure that a comprehensive, high quality and efficient service is provided to the clinical teams.
Main duties of the job
To assist the Directorate Manager and Service Leads in developing programmes of care and patient pathways to provide the best evidence-base care that the organisation can deliver.
The role will involve the coordination and implementation of office procedures and will require a high degree of organisational skills and excellent working knowledge of administrative systems. They will be responsible for managing and prioritising their own workload and will be required to use their own initiative.
