A part time post (17.5 hours) is available for a B8a manager in a well-established busy perinatal mental health service in Milton Keynes. This is a job share working alongside the excellent current manager who is reducing hours This is an exciting opportunity for an enthusiastic, dynamic and motivated individual to help further develop the service and support the women and families who access it.
Main duties of the job
The role will involve day to day management of the team, managing KPIs and supervision and consultation within and beyond the team into the broader perinatal community. The post holder will be integral to the continued success of this well-respected service ensuring clinical governance is maintained in all aspects of the service. We are looking for someone who has management experience, specialist assessment and excellent clinical skills in mental health and who has a passion for and/or experience in working with women with perinatal issues.
