The Strategic Estates Communications and Engagement Manager will play a key role in delivering the communications and engagement strategy for Kettering General Hospital's New Hospital Programme (NHP) and related strategic estates projects.
The New Hospital Programme (NHP) is the largest hospital improvement programme in a generation and at Kettering General Hospital (KGH) it presents a momentous opportunity to radically improve and extend our services, with our circa 600m redevelopment including a new Emergency Department, Urgent Care Hub and six new wards.
Utilising your broad communication skills, you will develop and deliver strategies that will engage and influence the whole spectrum of stakeholders, not only to take them on the change journey but positively influence a culture that embraces new ways of working.
As well as the NHP, the successful candidate will have the opportunity to lead on the communications and engagement aspects across a range of other estate-related programmes across University Hospitals of Northamptonshire (UHN).
This is a unique role for a strategic communicator that wants to lead the communications and engagement strategy for a momentous transformation programme. In exchange, you will join a dynamic communications team that is delivering communications and engagement activity across two different hospitals at a time of exciting growth and innovation.
