Hywel Dda University Health Board's School Nursing Team are looking for experienced Band 5 Registered Staff Nurse to join the Pembrokeshire team.

There are two vacant posts which are permanent, part time (22.5 hours per week), Term Time only working in Crymych and Milford Haven.

School Nurses are central to a range of services that promote the public health agenda and support the physical, emotional and social health of children and young people aged between 5 to 18 years.

Main duties of the job

The successful candidate will need excellent communication skills, be able to demonstrate their ability to work as an autonomous practitioner and within a team environment in line with the NMC code of professional conduct.

The School Nursing service will be happy to support any ongoing professional development in order for the successful candidate to apply for the role of SCPHN School Nurse should they be interested.

The ability to speak Welsh is desirable for this post English and/or Welsh speakers are equally welcome to apply.
