- Registered on NMC
- One year experience at Band 5 or above in hospital or community health care
- Evidence of continued professional development, appropriate to role
- Clear understanding of CPA and care coordination role
Desirable
- Post-registration certificate ENB 998. Possession of specialist nursing or other relevant highter academic or skills focussed awards
- Post registration mentorship qualification
