As the Workforce Product Manager you will work as part of the Workforce Solutions Team to support our key stakeholders in ensuring our systems are fully utilised. You will work closely with suppliers to test, troubleshoot and problem solve systems issues, as well as manage the development of implementing strategies to increase stakeholder/user satisfaction.

Working as part of the Workforce Solutions Team, you will be a key member in delivering the Workforce Systems & Data Projects Intelligence and System Support in the wider HR digital services.

A key part of the role will be working with users across the Trust to manage the activities relating to Product Management. The workforce system products the team manage include applicant tracking and talent management software, learning management, erostering, expenses, digital forms, staff benefits, staff survey and occupation health software to name a few. The role requires a focus on streamlining, automation but most importantly, improved user experience.

In order to successfully deliver in this role, you will need to be able to develop and sustain key working relationships to understand what our users need and to leverage the systems to maximise optimisation. This includes looking at future system releases to test and implement changes and new functionality which supports the reduction of manual processes.

Working Pattern: 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday, 8:30 to 16:30, working from home/onsite supported.
