As a Project Manager for the Regional Innovation Co-ordination (RIC) Hub the post holder will play a hands-on role developing strategic relationships with external stake holders working independently to support the development, and implementation of innovative ideas.
Main duties of the job
Reporting to the Regional Innovation Co-ordination (RIC) Hub Manager, the post holder will support the RIC Team in developing and delivering innovation in Powys. Facilitate and support relationships across the Health and Care system and will deliver innovation establishing activity relating to the development and delivery of innovation activity within Powys.Ability to manage and coordinate multiple projects/plans concurrently, including interdependencies, within an environment of change. Communicate effectively across the Powys Health & Care system via the Regional Partnership Board (RPB) to ensure that a culture of innovation & improvement is developed and embedded.
The ability to speak Welsh is desirable for this post English and/or Welsh speakers are equally welcome to apply.

- Educated to degree level or equivalent experience and training
- Recognised Project Management qualification

- Experience of project management systems and processes
- Knowledge of innovation and understanding of the wider innovation ecosystem
- Knowledge of intellectual property, confidentiality, and disclosure
- Knowledge of grant writing/case studies and necessary reports
- Experience of developing Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
- Experience of working in a complex organisation or system
- Experience of effective partnership working, developing relationships
- Experience of data analysis and interpretation
