It is essential that you are flexible and are able to work a range of hours that includes long days, evenings, weekends according to the needs of the service. They should also assist with & support development of Band 5 Radiographers ensuring compliance with department protocols and procedures.

On the new site, the Interventional Department has 2 IR suites, 1 Ultrasound/multipurpose room and an Interventional CT scanner. The Interventional Theatre is remotely located from Radiology, on the Theatre floor. This has led to change in process with all theatre patients admitted and recovered in the same areas.
