CLCH Hertfordshire Adult Community Services - CLCH NHS Trust provides a range of Community Services, and the Hertfordshire Division is recruiting!
West Hertfordshire community respiratory service provided by CLCH is looking for an enthusiastic nurse who is interested in respiratory care and wants to develop into a respiratory nurse specialist. Come and join our friendly expanding multi-disciplinary team and receive the support and training you require to develop.
The post holder will provide patient centered integrated care over 7 days a week, providing specialist services including admission avoidance and be part of the new integrated Airways Virtual Hospital with West Herts Hospitals Trust.
Main duties of the job
You will also learn about and become proficient in providing specialist care to patients with COPD, Asthma, Bronchiectasis, OSA and ILD as well as managing those who require home Oxygen. You will be part of a large, experienced community respiratory team and will be supported by a team of Band 7's, Band 8a's and a Consultant Respiratory Physiotherapist as well as Respiratory Consultants.
