We are seeking to appoint to a number of EPR Change & Quality Improvement Manager roles.

As a Change & Quality Improvement (QI) Manager you will lead on the delivery change and quality improvement initiatives triggered by the introduction of an EPR, working collaboratively with wards, departments and business units. You will also work with EPR and clinical systems trainers to support EPR familiarisation and ensure that new working practices are embedded in training and learning initiatives, as well as in the daily practices of colleagues across the Trust. These are important roles within the digital EPR team and will provide an opportunity to use your skills within a close knit and dynamic team.
