Churchview provides Replacement Care services to people with a Learning Disability and complex medical needs and/or behaviours that challenge. Their sister site in Malvern also caters for children with a Learning Disability and complex medical needs and/or behaviours that challenge.

We are looking for 2 people who have a kind, compassionate nature who has a real passion for working with people with a Learning Disability to come and join our teams.

  • Previous experience either formal or informal in supporting people with learning disabilities or care needs

  • Level 2 qualification (e.g., GCSE Grade A-C, NVQ2) in Care or A good standard of general education to GCSE level and will be expected to undertake the relevant Level 2 qualification on appointment to post
  • Will be expected to meet the Care Certificate standards within 12 weeks of commencing employment with the Trust
  • I understand that I will be asked to provide original certificates to verify my qualifications at point of offer
