The post holder will manage the Y& H NCC, PCC & SiC ODNs to deliver whole system work programmes for each Network. The post holder will work as part of dynamic ODN teams ensuring each ODN aligns and works with established and evolving NHS organisations in the delivery of these programmes, to improve joint working and to achieve better outcomes and service access. The post holder will collaborate with regional & national level programmes of care leads as well as commissioning quality teams and national outcomes leads. The post holder will ensure that each ODN:
Main duties of the job
Sheffield Children's NHS Foundation Trust hosts the Y& H NCC, PCC & SiC ODNs on behalf of the provider units which make up the networks. The geographical area of Y& H includes 19 units within 15 provider trusts and 5 ICBs/LMNS' footprints.
The post holder is accountable to both the Host Organisation, who performance manages the ODNs on behalf of Yorkshire and the Humber through contractual relationships, and the Regional (NEY) NHSE team.
The post holder will use expert knowledge and specialist management skills to carry out core duties and responsibilities on behalf of the ODNs to enable them to deliver and measure the core objectives as defined within their service specifications.

- Delivers effective clinical flows through the provider system through clinical collaboration for networked provision of services.
- Takes a whole system collaborative provision approach to ensuring the delivery of safe and effective services across the patient pathway, adding value for all its stakeholders.
