This is an exciting opportunity to join an innovative and enthusiastic Leadership, Talent and OD Team in the North-West. We are looking for a Head of Talent Management with energy, ideas and credibility to join our team. We're keen to enrich and diversify our skills and experience so we can continue to improve on how we support the Northern Care Alliance (NCA) in achieving culture change and delivering our People Priorities.
The primary focus of this role is to engage, collaborate with, and influence key stakeholders across the organisation and system, providing specialist Talent Management strategic guidance, advice, and insights, alongside practical support and plans to improve performance and talent management.
Reporting to the Associate Director of Talent and OD, the job holder will establish inclusive talent development strategies that further embed equality, diversity and inclusion, ensuring the organisation delivers comprehensive talent management for all roles.

- The drive, ambition and hands-on experience to successfully lead on the development of talent strategies across the NCA organisation.
- Proven experience of influencing at a strategic level
- The ability to lead on complex talent projects with positive impact and establish inclusive talent development strategies that further embed equality diversity and inclusion, ensuring the organisation delivers comprehensive talent management for all roles in respect of:
- role definition, assessment criteria & selection methods
- succession planning, bench strength & pipelines
- development centres & high potential development programmes that address current inequalities
- career paths
- coaching leaders to lead on Talent Managemen

- Evidence of higher level study at Masters Level Alternatively working knowledge and experience at an equivalent level
