Main duties of the job
The post holder will:
- Provide programme support on key work streams, undertake data analysis and production of reports/programme plan and stakeholder communications.
- Take responsibility for a central programme database including a library of programme related literature.
- Provide general support to the team, including arranging and coordinating leadership events.
- Assist in the planning, management, coordination and delivery of therapy and leadership activity and initiatives.
- Ensure that the therapy leadership programme remains on track.
- Build strong working relationships with a range of stakeholders.
- Organise and facilitate therapy leadership programme meetings, workshops and events.
- Devise and coordinate effective ways of sharing information with key stakeholders including the provision of regular update reports.
- Exercise flexibility to constantly re-prioritise work in response to frequently changing demands.
- Use initiative to manage multiple priorities, meet deadlines and prioritise.
- Produce letters, reports, presentations, spreadsheets, diagrams and other relevant output in an appropriate electronic format.

Job responsibilities
- The Therapies Leadership Team Coordinator will help manage the day-to-day delivery of assigned projects and help maintain the controls and reporting for the overall Therapies department.
- The Therapies Leadership Team Coordinator is a core member of the Therapies Leadership Team providing support to the Head of Therapies and the Therapies Leadership team. They will act as a central point of information and communication for the Team. The post holder will be expected to handle highly confidential and sometimes contentious and sensitive information and be free to act on their own initiative.
- This is a challenging role requiring strong administrative and time management skills and expert communication. She/he will need to work closely with senior managers and in relation to the work of the Therapies Leadership team.
