This is an exciting opportunity for a newly qualified RNMH or RNLD to join inpatient services within the Learning Disability Division in Swansea Bay UHB. As a RNMH/RNLD you will work as part of a multi-disciplinary team in the delivery of high quality individualised careto persons with complex learning disabilities.

Each candidate will undergo a preceptorship programme as part of their initial introduction into the role of a registered nurse with further opportunities for learning and development as part of the Health Boards personal and professional development framework.

Services for persons with LD are commissioned by Swansea Bay to include services delivered within the Cardiff & Vale and Cwm Taff Bro Morgannwg footprint.

Learning Disability Servicesacross the 3 HB areas are undergoing a programme of modernisation and so this is an exciting time to join the service and be part of the modernisation journey.

The ability to speak Welsh is desirable but not essential for this post.
