An opportunity has arisen for an individual to join the Employee Health team of Central London Community Health Care NHS Trust providing occupational health services to one of the largest community Trusts in London and external contracts.

You will be a Registered Nurse with either a Diploma/Degree or Post Graduate Diploma/MSc in Occupational Health and have experience working in an occupational health environment. You will have up to date knowledge of best practice and the law relating to occupational health as well as the ability to apply this to service delivery. You will require strong managerial and clinical skills alongside strong interpersonal and organisational skills. You must have excellent communication skills, IT competent, flexible proactive approach and be able to manage a varied workload with minimal supervision.

The post is peripatetic and the post holder will be based at St Charles Centre for Health & Care (W10 6DZ). There will be a requirement to work at CLCH sites in Hertfordshire, Barnet, Merton, Westminster on a rotational basis and various Trust sites as and when required to ensure equal access to occupational health services

Main duties of the job

To provide and maintain a comprehensive Employee Health Service (EHS) for the staff of CLCH. As CLCH is a community NHS Trust this is a peripatetic post and there will be a requirement to visit various Trust sites.

To contribute to the management of physical resources, including budget and staff within their sphere of responsibility, in line with contractual and professional standards.

To work in a collaborative manner with other agencies to ensure seamless health care delivery for employees
