A Monday-Friday working pattern is just one of the attractions of a PWP Co Ordinator role with Talking Therapies. This role is a full time role 37.5 hours but we will consider applicants who are part time.
We are looking for a qualified Band 8A PWP Quality and training lead to join our friendly team at locations across Berkshire - (Newbury, Reading, Wokingham, WAM (Windsor, Ascot, Maidenhead), Bracknell and Slough)
We are a Talking Therapies service that leads on innovation, boasting a new preceptorship programme for our staff, allowing them to have a clear progression plan and develop in their career with us.
The post holder will support and develop quality improvement initiatives at step 2. Develop understanding and strategies to enhance clinical outcomes at step 2 and to coordinate recovery deep dives and action plans arising from these. To plan and coordinate clinical supervision training for new supervisors. To support the development of clinical supervisors through CPD and supervision of supervision.

Main duties of the job
- Providing low intensity or high intensity interventions using cognitive behavioural therapy for anxiety and depression
- Lead on the development of the step 2 service under the direct guidance of the clinical service manager
- Working closely with the step 3 team leads/clinical service leads and managers to build the interface between step 2 and 3 and ensure a seamless service for all clients.
- Develop links and care pathways' for clients.
- Lead the step 2 services and team members, managing the capacity within step 2 across West or East Berkshire.
- Case management and line management responsibility for the Step 2 Co Ordinator's.

- The post holder will be part of a Talking Therapies service and will be appropriately qualified to provide Talking Therapies approved Low Intensity interventions for a range of Anxiety and Depression related problems i.e. PWP qualified.

- Qualification in Cognitive Behaviour Therapy to post graduate PWP certificate level
- LTC certificate of competency
