Are you a Physiotherapist looking for the next step in your career & a new opportunity to shape the delivery of Physiotherapy?

We have an exciting new role for a Senior Physiotherapist to develop & deliver physiotherapy services across our inpatient mental health wards. Mental health experience would be beneficial but not essential as skills will be transferable from previous roles & training will be provided. Our AHP led team consists of Occupational Therapists, Physiotherapists, Creative Therapists, technical instructors, therapy assistants, exercise & mobility instructors, & are supported by our AHP Therapy Manager & AHP Service Manager. This helps to provide an outstanding service to our populations & support those requiring admission to our inpatient services to return to being an active member of their local community.

You will be responsible for developing physiotherapy services alongside the AHP Therapy Manager, realising the art of the possible for physiotherapy within mental health services. You will work closely with the mutli-disciplinary therapy team to deliver integrated AHP services to our inpatients & work collaboratively on patient focused discharge planning. This is an excellent opportunity to showcase the benefits that physiotherapy can have for our older persons & adult mental health services.
