Working with teams and leaders across the Trust this includes work on inclusive recruitment, inclusive staff experience, increasing representation in leadership positions and supporting our thriving staff networks. This also includes ensuring our policies, procedures and processes do not discriminate against diverse communities and ensuring our regular reporting through the Workforce Race Equality Standards and Disability Equality Standards are supported through relevant and impactful action plans.
