If so, we are looking for a dynamic, dedicated and enthusiastic individual to work with us to develop our team in Ward 33. We are keen to recruit an individual who is passionate about educating and developing staff to reach their full potential.
We are a 30 bedded ward which has recently become a single speciality Ward being Renal. There are ongoing plans for an acute dialysis unit to be opened on the Ward.

Main duties of the job
The role is to consistently drive excellent clinical quality standards by providing visible clinical leadership to the team and support them in the delivery of high quality, effective and evidence based care. Focus will be on patient experience, patient safety and providing assurance that standards are met for every patient, every time.
