Looking for an exciting new role?If you are enthusiastic about helping teams along their improvement journey and energised by positive change which supports our strategy, then this may be the role for you!

The Brilliant Basics team are advertising for a fixed term part time B6 improvement project manager to cover maternity leave. The post is over a twelve-month period and will be for three days per week starting in July 2024.

We are looking for a passion to improve and the skills to help our teams move forward with their continuous improvement. You will have had experience in improvement, project management and similar tools and techniques to hit the ground running. Some experience of facilitation would be a bonus as would the use of our A3 tool.

Throughout your secondment you will be guided and supported by experienced practitioners in the BB team who are ready and eager to help you develop.

Main duties of the job

Responsible for the day-to day management & delivery of key strategic projects, activities and interactions in the Trusts' Improvement Programme with the focus being on the Brilliant Basics Improvement System.

Job responsibilities

The Project Manager works closely with multidisciplinary teams across the trust ensuring delivery of effective and efficient programs to drive continuous improvement. Primary focus will be on the end-to-end improvement process across the organisation which will enable the removal of wasted process steps in the patients journey and support the redesign our workforce to deliver high quality care at reduced cost.
